Job description

The team is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager/Media Buyer.

ย What You'll Do:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mobile app publishers and/or performance marketing campaigns;
  • Act as a technical advisor to clients on monetization strategy, ad placements, and revenue optimization;
  • Plan, execute, and scale media buying campaigns across DSPs, ad exchanges, and mobile ad networks;
  • Analyze performance metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROAS, eCPM, retention, fill rate) to drive data-backed decisions;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, BI, supply, and demand teams;
  • Troubleshoot and support technical integrations (SDKs, APIs, attribution tracking);
  • Identify growth opportunities via A/B testing, segmentation, and new traffic sources;
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5+ years of experience in AdTech, Mobile Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Technical Account Management;
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Mobile monetization (mediation, waterfalls, in-app bidding);
    • User acquisition channels (Meta, Google, DSPs, programmatic);
    • Attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.);
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns with performance KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV);
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL is a plus);
  • Technical aptitude: comfortable with SDK integrations, APIs, and tracking flows;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with global clients;
  • Ability to balance client-facing responsibilities with hands-on optimization work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mediation platforms (Appodeal, ironSource, MAX, AdMob, etc.);
  • Understanding of RTB/programmatic ecosystem;
  • Experience with automation or scripting (SQL, Python, etc.);
  • Background in mobile apps or gaming;

Relocation & Work Setup

  • Relocation support to Barcelona, Spain or Parkland, Florida, USA depending on candidate location;
  • Hybrid/office-based setup in both locations;
  • International team with global exposure.
