Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital media campaigns across programmatic channels, including Display, CTV, Online Video (OLV), and Audio
  • Support the coordination of digital media planners and execution teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
  • Assist in developing RFPs, managing vendor outreach, and tracking proposal responses
  • Review and support evaluation of vendor proposals, including pricing, audience strategy, and performance approach
  • Contribute to the development of media strategies and paid media plans, including audience targeting, segmentation, budgeting, and optimization frameworks
  • Support the preparation of media recommendations, performance insights, and testandlearn opportunities for internal teams and clients
  • Assist with campaign setup (Prisma, DSP), execution, and measurement across programmatic buying platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, support inflight optimizations, and help establish benchmarks and future testing recommendations
  • Support publisher outreach, industry research, platform evaluations, and POV development
  • Verify media setup and execution accuracy across all programmatic buys
  • Communicate with publishers and partners to help fulfill campaign requirements and troubleshoot issues
  • Work closely with the Supervisor & Account Media Director (AMD) on insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations across campaigns
  • Participate in weekly status updates and ongoing internal and external communications
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of handson digital media planning and buying experience
  • Strong understanding of digital media fundamentals, planning principles, and performance metrics
  • Experience with media buying and adserving platforms, ideally including:ย Programmatic DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, or similar
  • Self-starter with strong time management & multi tasking skills
  • Experience on Google Ads, Campaign Manager (DCM), Prisma
  • Analytical, detailoriented, and processdriven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working crossfunctionally

ย Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
