Job description

We're looking for a Principal Engagement Manager to join Procore's Professional Services team. In this role, you'll drive customer success and business growth by architecting and implementing innovative solutions on our SaaS platform. The primary goal of this role is to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and execute global, programmatic engagements that maximize and quantify long-term customer value across enterprise portfolios.

As a Principal Engagement Manager, you'll partner with cross-functional sales, delivery, and customer success teams to orchestrate end-to-end service motions. Use your strategic vision, deep SaaS expertise, and data-driven mindset to design and govern programmatic delivery frameworks that ensure consistent value realization across global key accounts.

This position reports into the Senior Manager, Professional Services Delivery and can be based out of our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, Tampa, FL offices or remotely within the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute complex, multi-solution engagements, transitioning customers from single-project implementations to global programmatic rollouts that drive measurable value realization at scale.

  • Establish and govern value-centric programmatic frameworks (e.g., Centers of Excellence) to ensure consistency, scalability, and predictable outcomes across international enterprise accounts.

  • Drive long-term Program Charters and strategic account roadmaps aligned with client executive goals and business architecture.

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to build trusted advisor relationships with key client executives.

  • Orchestrate specialized cross-functional roles, programs, and workstreams across both pre-sales and post-sales delivery motions, partnering with regional Project Managers to execute localized workflows.

  • Partner with Solutions and Business Architects to ensure integrated technical roadmaps align with client executive milestones.

  • Surface data insights and performance metrics to optimize operational performance and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of continued success packages while managing resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

  • Travel domestically anywhere from 1-2 times per month, typically 1-2 days per trip to visit clients and attend team events. Potential for international travel.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Program Management (customer-facing or client delivery experience preferred).

  • 4+ years of direct experience in or supporting the construction industry or an adjacent field preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of designing global program governance frameworks, executive steering structures, and scalable delivery models for enterprise accounts.

  • Broad familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture, integration patterns, and data ecosystem flows.

  • Strong data analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to uncover actionable insights, optimize account health, and build executive-level value realization reporting (ROI/KPIs).

  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills tailored for diverse technical and business audiences.

  • Collaborative mindset with an optimistic, ownership-driven approach to solving complex client challenges.
