Ignite is currently seeking a Senior Technical Integrator to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Sensors X-Band Radars Program Manager and other Senior Leadership.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Will be responsible for advising the X-Band Radars Program Manager on matters related to cost, schedule, technical performance, and programmatic risk related to assets on Guam.
• Provide Systems Engineering expertise, knowledge, analysis, and process management.
• Provide independent technical and programmatic assessment.
• Perform requirements development and analysis.
• Provide risk analysis and mitigation development.
• Identify, analyze, and document system, design, interface, assessment, and validation/verification requirements to include risk assessments.
• Collaborate across the MDA organization.
• Present technical information to MDA Leadership at various levels.
• Serve as Senior Leadership representative for the International Engineering Services Program (IESP).
• Coordinate all aspects of TPY-2 IESP sustainment for the TPY-2 Radar Development Product Office.
• Develop, coordinate, and liaise with the THAAD Weapon IESP coordinator, prime contractor, and THAAD Weapon System Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
• MS degree in + 12 years experience; or BS degree in + 20 years experience.
• Experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program.
• Active DOD SECRET (or above) security clearance.
• Must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of interfacing verbally and in writing with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Prime Contractor.
• Ability to work independently, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Program Management.
• Experience implementing systems engineering "V" processes.
• Ability to self-manage and initiate within team structure.
• Ability to decompose complex problems to actionable elements.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Ability presenting complex information and concepts to Leaders at various levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office® applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in STEM
• Working knowledge of MDA Change Management Process.
• Working knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of MDA organizational structure.
• Working knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) architecture and concepts.
• Experience with MDA/SN and AN/TPY-2.
