Job Description

The Supervisor, Programmatic, leads and manages programmatic buying strategies, drives innovation and optimizes client campaigns. The Supervisor provides senior-level expertise while promoting team growth, building industry partnerships, and delivering solutions across accounts.

You will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, and prior experience with bid management platforms.ย ย Collaboration across all agency teams (Business Intelligence, Search, Media Strategy, Ad Operations, and Creative) isย required.ย

Responsibilities
  • Train and manage a junior team (managers and associates)ย onย all aspects of programmatic buying and related deliverables.ย ย 
  • Provide senior-level programmaticย expertiseย to internal and external teams (clients, Business Intelligence, Media, agency partners, etc.).ย ย 
  • Develop andย maintainย relationships with data, inventory, and platform partners.ย ย 
  • Lead programmatic teams toย optimizeย campaigns and deliver strategic recommendations to achieve account success.ย ย 
  • Establish best practices, create case studies, and implement processes that inspire workflow efficiencies.ย ย 
  • Manage resources to meet service level expectations.ย ย 
  • Inspire team members to embrace forward-thinking solutions in a constantly changing industry.ย ย 
  • Write points of view (POVs) on trends, products, and industry news from a programmatic perspective.ย ย 
  • Manage ideation, business relationships, and activation of new 1st-to-market programmatic offerings.ย ย 
  • Provide holistic digitalย expertise.ย ย 
  • Drive client outcomes through actionable programmatic solutions across multiple accountsย 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, with an increasing focus on programmatic buying.ย 
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad technologies including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and ad-verification toolsย 
  • Proficient in excel (can perform complex functions), withย demonstratedย ability to organize andย consolidateย multiple data sources for analysis.ย ย 
  • Experience understanding complex subject matter and translating it into simple, relatable terms for different audiences.ย ย 
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, creative assets, insertion orders, and timelines with precision.ย 
  • People management experience, or experience in mentoring junior team members, guiding them on best practices, campaign optimization, and industry standards.ย 
  • PowerPoint and storytelling skills for client presentations and internal communication.

ย Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $107,835.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
