Job Summary - The Graduate Administrative Assistant position in the JWS Executive Director's Office is responsible for assisting in the programmatic operations of the department and the whole building. This includes event planning, assisting students, special projects and administrative support duties for the department and building.

Minimum Qualifications - Must be a current Troy University graduate student enrolled in at least six credit hours. Please note: Student positions are FICA/Medicare exempt only if students are enrolled in classes in the semester work is performed. To qualify for the FICA/Medicare exemption, you must be enrolled on a half-time basis for the Fall, Spring, or Summer.

Preferred Qualifications - Good communicator, both face to face and written.
