Our company is seeking a highly innovative Digital Marketer to drive consistent, high-quality lead generation through strategic management of all digital marketing channels. This includes paid search, Google LSA's/BP's, email SMS campaigns, programmatic advertising, and other digital platforms. This role is responsible for optimizing performance, reducing cost-per-lead, increasing booked jobs, and ensuring every campaign aligns with the Five Star brand voice and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing, performance max). Plan, build, and send segmented email and SMS campaigns with compelling CTA's.
  • LSA Performance: Own performance of Google Local Services Ads - adjust budgets, dispute leads, and maintain top 3 placement.
  • Google Business Profile Optimization: Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles with weekly updates, keyword-rich content, nd review responses.
  • Performance Analysis: Launch and oversee programmatic advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and creative rotation.
  • Lead Generation: Analyze lead generation performance and track attribution to improve ROI.
  • Brand Alignment: Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure branded, conversion-focused assets.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Ensure proper tracking and reporting using UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Monitor Trends: Monitor competitive trends and platform updates to keep the organization ahead in digital strategy.

The right candidate for this position must have:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign management
  • Strong analytical, creative, and technical skills across digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and reporting tools
  • A Relentless desire to pursue campaign excellence and lead gen goals urgently
  • The ability to demonstrate Expertise of digital platforms and tools
  • A Passion to energetically and creatively tackle every campaign
