Job Description:
Associate Directorsare responsible formanagingateamof digital and programmatic practitionersbringing to lifesuccessful programmaticanddigitalcampaigns across clientswithin thedentsuportfolioof agencies including Carat,dentsuX/360i, and iProspect. The role will include on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies,managerial skills,technology partnerships, campaign management, client services,thought leadership contributions,ad trafficking, analysis, and communications.
Key Accountabilities:
Able to speak to data outputs, review account performance and address concerns when needed
Ensure the team follows definedprocessfor campaign managementacross digital and programmatic channels, including excellent hands-on-keys activation work
Effective team management and communication with a focus on leading, delegating and prioritizing team deliverables, fostering individual growth across team
Manage monthly investment and revenue trackingacross portfolio of clients
Communicates frequently with agency leadsandclientto connect on team performance, campaign health, and strategic growth opportunities
Consistently leads RFP responses that drive innovation
Frequent contributorto thought leadership projects
Constantly staying up to date on the latestdentsuactivationandinternal tools
Assist leadership with new business pitches
Establish quarterlyplans that focus on account growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegree
5+years of experiencewithin theprogrammaticand digitalindustry
Experience withmanagement of a team- with the ability to leada highly successful team
Experience acrossall digital media channelsand ability to eloquently speak to each
Consistent exceptional project management
Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation,and analytical skills
Collaboration mindset
Ability to retain professionalism in all situations
Detail-oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-through
Theannualsalary range for this position is $92,350-$110,000.Placement within the salary rangeis based on a variety of factors,including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law.
