Hands-on Paid Media / Performance Marketing | $75K–$80K | Boca Raton, FL | OnsiteJob Title: Paid Campaign ManagerWork Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days/weekEmployment Type: PermanentPosition Overview

We are seeking a Paid Campaign Manager to own and optimize high-budget digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and measurable ROI.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role—not a people-management position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels and will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, testing, tracking, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across native platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and direct-response funnels
  • Manage significant monthly advertising budgets, including budget pacing, forecasting, and ROI management
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and lead quality
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution through GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop, test, and scale high-performing assets
  • Identify new opportunities for growth across platforms, audiences, and campaign strategies
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while working independently and maintaining performance against established goals
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field
  • Experience managing $50K+ monthly advertising budgets
  • Hands-on experience across paid social, paid search, native, and/or programmatic channels
  • Strong experience with lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and landing page optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize effectively, and work independently
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in politics, healthcare, finance, or other highly regulated/high-volume industries
  • Experience with subscription funnels
  • Experience with CRO and landing page optimization
