A fast-paced boutique advertising agency in the fun and exciting Midtown District of sunny Miami, Florida, is expanding and looking to grow its client services team. Who are we looking for?
We seek to hire an Account Executive to add to our growing client services team. The ideal candidate desires to grow within a collaborative agency setting and develop toward Account Manager responsibilities through hands-on client engagement, campaign execution, and cross-functional experience.
The Account Executive is an integral member of the Client Services team and acts as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients across the agency. This role supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels and may involve media planning/buying, ad operations, creative project management, and analytics/reporting. The Account Executive works closely with performance media teams, including SEM, SEO, Programmatic Media & Paid Social, to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, optimized effectively, and delivered on time.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to support client retention, campaign performance, and overall account success.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, supporting ongoing communication, project coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Assist in the development of media plans, campaign strategies, timelines, and budget management.
  • Traffic and manage creative assets within Campaign Manager 360 (CM 360) and related advertising platforms to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
  • Develop insertion orders and reconcile billing with vendors and the Finance Department.
  • Assist with research needs and develop POVs as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate the flow of information to and from the client.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and provide reporting insights.
  • Collaborate with media and analytics to support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, and reporting across multiple digital platforms.
  • Contribute to regular client status meetings, reporting discussions, and quarterly or annual business reviews
  • Participate across multiple areas of client business and collaborate with various agency disciplines to support integrated marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing, media planning/buying, ad operations, or account service experience.
  • Experience with an ad server and project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience with CM360 is a big plus.
