General Accountabilities
Develops and coordinates volunteer program.
Monitors volunteers' performance and provides regular feedback.
Maintains an up-to-date numerical count of volunteers.
Develops and implements volunteer recognition activities.
Coordinates volunteer recruitment activities and local community outreach programs.
Collaborates with local community service organizations.
Tracks and prepares reports on volunteer programs.
Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of volunteers.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience: Two to four years of related experience.
