Job Description:
Our Client is Utilities client is seeking an experienced Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Program Testing Lead to provide overall leadership and coordination of testing activities for a large-scale Maximo upgrade program. This role is critical to ensuring system quality, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery across multiple integrated MAS projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple MAS-related projects within a broader enterprise program.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a unified test strategy, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across MAS modules.
  • Establish and enforce testing standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Track and report quality metrics and testing progress to leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, integration, and business continuity.
  • Support test automation and CI/CD practices where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite.
  • Proven experience leading QA efforts for large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Tosca and/or qTest.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Haves:
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the utilities or asset-intensive industries.
