RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Program Support Assistant to become a part of our superior workforce in Washington, DC. The Program Support Assistant will provide onsite and remote federal program leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving administrative functions of the office.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Travel procedures.
  • Assist with supply management responsibilities including but not limited to reviewing and placing orders; receiving and stocking supplies; reconciling orders and receipt documentation.
  • Maintain accountability and maintenance for office supplies inventory, including IT equipment and furniture.
  • Manage and monitor the flow of correspondence as necessary, including security and visitor memos.
  • Perform a variety of duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization and procedures related to the work of the office.
  • Process, disseminate, and track organizational tasks to completion.
  • Provide administration, distribution, and routing of official documents through the agency.
  • Demonstrate ability to be self-directed, take the initiative, anticipate and address needs, as well as see projects through to completion.
  • Proactively solves administrative problems and creates practical solutions.
  • Independently research and resolve, or offer solutions, to unusual problems in performing a variety of duties related to special projects involving administrative issues.
  • Respond rapidly to short notice requests. (Short notice ranges from on the spot to within 30 minutes).
Requirements
  • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client issued Public Trust
  • Five years of relevant experience supporting government programs
  • Experience using Concur travel platform is strongly preferred
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
