  • Assist residents with non-clinical daily needs such as grooming setup, toileting reminders, and comfort measures
  • Provide support with meals, hydration, and resident transport within the facility
  • Assist nursing staff by answering call lights and relaying resident needs promptly
  • Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
  • Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies
