Position Overview
  • Prescient Edge is seeking a Program Management Support professional to assist in the execution of complex U.S. Navy programs supporting research, development, testing, evaluation, and operational activities. The successful candidate will work closely with government and contractor leadership to support program execution, cost and schedule tracking, documentation development, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multidisciplinary technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day program execution activities and action item tracking.
  • Assist program leadership with cost, schedule, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare executive-level briefings, status reports, meeting materials, and presentation packages.
  • Facilitate meetings, technical reviews, and program management reviews, including meeting minutes and action item tracking.
  • Support development and maintenance of program documentation, plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with risk, issue, and opportunity management activities.
  • Coordinate across engineering, logistics, security, contracting, and customer organizations.
  • Track customer requests, deliverables, and contract actions.
  • Support program planning efforts and long-range execution activities.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting program or project management activities.
  • Experience supporting Department of the Navy, Department of War, or defense contractor programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Management, Program Management, or related field.
  • Experience supporting NAVSEA, NSWC, or Navy RDT&E; programs.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, financial tracking tools, and schedule management tools.
  • Experience supporting prototype, test, evaluation, or engineering-focused programs.
  • Experience supporting classified programs.

Location

  • Occasional travel may be required.

Security Clearance
  • Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility.
