About the Role:
Join Love and Learning Child Care as a School Age Program Guide, where you can inspire and engage children in a fun and educational environment! We are looking for passionate individuals to help shape the experiences of school-aged children in our Coalville, UT center.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and creativity.
  • Supervise and support children during playtime, ensuring safety and positive interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Assist with homework and educational projects, fostering a love for learning.
  • Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in field trips that enhance the educational experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or child development preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
