Job description

Job Summary

Supervise residential clients, ensuring that the safety and integrity of the program and facility is maintained at the highest level at all times. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to supervise and motivate others. Provide inspiration and guidance for individuals recovering from addictions to drugs and/or alcohol, while representing a premier treatment facility.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide positive role-modeling and therapeutic support to program participants. Mentor and support all clients in a positive manner. Facilitate growth by coaching them in their pursuit of a sober and more productive life through education, guidance, and proactive engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

21 years or older. Good oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Must have the ability to follow through with assigned activities. Must be able to pass a drug test and be willing to live a clean sober lifestyle. Must be able to work in a positive and compassionate way with people who are going through a challenging time in their lives. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, and be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
