Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and linen changes
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with elderly clients in a caregiving role is preferred
  • Experience assisting seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
  • Understanding of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other memory-related conditions is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients with physical or cognitive limitations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment
