The Arc of Ocean County is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Program Assistants to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential programs throughout Ocean County.

As a Program Assistant, you'll help individuals build life skills, enjoy meaningful experiences, and maintain their independence while living in safe, welcoming homes. From assisting with everyday routines to encouraging community involvement, your work will make a positive difference in someone's life every day.

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Schedule: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM

Weekend Availability Required

Pay: $20.70 โ€“ $24.70 per hour
