Job Summary
Reporting to an Engineering leader, the Staff Engineering Coordination Support role is responsible for coordinating engineering activities across multiple teams, ensuring effective planning, execution tracking, communication, and operational alignment. The role acts as a central point of coordination for engineering programmes and initiatives, helping teams manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments while supporting efficient collaboration across the organisation. The Team
The Engineering Coordination team supports the effective operation of engineering functions across Graphcore. The team works closely with engineering leaders, technical specialists, project stakeholders, and business partners to improve visibility, facilitate communication, coordinate planning activities, and enable successful delivery of engineering objectives. The team provides operational support that helps engineering groups work efficiently across projects, teams, and locations.

  • Coordinate engineering planning activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Track progress against agreed plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify, monitor, and help manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
  • Facilitate engineering meetings, reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional coordination activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, action logs, and operational records.
  • Support engineering leaders with resource planning, prioritisation activities, and workload visibility.
  • Drive follow-up actions to ensure commitments are completed and blockers are escalated appropriately.
