Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Program Therapist to join our Area of Strong Family Development Central Region team located at the Ardmore Outpatient Services working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.
Summary:
Provides therapeutic services to families, couples and individuals.
Responsibilities:
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
* Provides family, couple, individual and group therapies as needed
* Implements empirically validated measurements into therapeutic practice to assess for client progress in therapy and to measure overall therapeutic effectiveness with clients
* Collaborates with other professionals to ensure for appropriate care of clients
* Leads family education classes, such as relationship enhancement training
* Assists in ongoing initiatives to build and maintain referrals for services
* Creates rapport with area school officials, counselors, and JOM coordinators to better serve the youth members
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities

For license eligible, must be able to achieve licensure within two years of hire.
