We have an immediate need for a Program Specialist to join our team. We are looking for part-time employees to support School Age Child Care (SACC) programming during the regular school year (12:00 pm - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday, up to 40.0 hours per week) with extended hours (7:30 am - 5:30 pm) during summer vacation.
As a member of the SACC department, the Program Specialist designs and implements after-school and out-of-school day programming for girls ages 5-13. Programming will inspire girls to be self-sufficient, responsible members of the community. The Program Specialist role serves as an advocate for a pro-girl environment, leading research-based programming that equips girls to lead fulfilling and productive lives, break the cycle of poverty, and become role models in their community. This is a non-exempt position for the school term of September 2, 2026 - June 25, 2026 with the option to continue working through the summer season. The minimum pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour, and the incumbent will be eligible for some of the paid time off benefits.
