The THSP is one of many STEM K–12 pipeline initiatives across URochester Medicine.Under general supervision of the Director of Workforce Navigation and K–12 Pipeline Initiatives, the Senior Program Specialist provides strategic administrative support, oversight, and technical assistance for a portfolio of youth programs across URochester Medicine, including the Teen Health & Success Partnership.
