Program Services Assistants play a crucial support role by coordinating closely with program managers and various staff members to ensure smooth program operations. They often handle scheduling, document preparation, and communication between departments or with clients. Regular team meetings and shared project management tools are common, allowing assistants to stay updated on program developments and quickly address any administrative needs. This collaborative environment not only improves efficiency but also provides valuable exposure to the broader scope of program management.
