Job description

TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Program/ Project Manager to provide support to a U.S. Navy program office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management analysis for the NAVSEA Director for Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization and Sustainment (SEA 21).
  • The manager will oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with Navy and DoD standards.
  • Candidate must have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Lead and manage projects within SEA 21’s portfolio, including maintenance and modernization initiatives for surface ships.
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate across NAVSEA, shipyards, fleet stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable acquisition regulations, directives, and policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-year professional experience supporting US Navy Sustainment or Acquisition Management
  • PMP Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
