Job description

Job Summary 

The Data & Program Operations Specialist is responsible for managing program data, reporting, and operational support for the Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP). This role ensures accurate data tracking, documentation, and reporting of student participation, attendance, and program engagement. In addition, the position supports program logistics, communication, and family engagement to ensure smooth implementation of services and strong collaboration between staff, students, and families.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain program data, reports, and student tracking systems
• Track student attendance, participation, and time spent in program activities
• Monitor and organize data related to student engagement and program outcomes
• Coordinate logistics for trips, workshops, and enrichment activities, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed
• Support communication efforts including newsletters and updates for students and families
• Conduct monthly outreach to families to promote engagement and participation
• Assist with presentations and reporting by preparing and presenting program data and updates
• Attend and support occasional evening events such as parent-teacher nights, financial aid workshops, and college admissions events
• Ensure all student data and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Track budgets, invoices, and program expenditures in coordination with leadership
• Maintain organized filing systems for program documents, records, and reports
• Support general administrative and operational needs of the program

Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Public Administration, Social Work, Data Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience: Experience in data entry, program coordination, administration, or student support preferred; willingness to learn required
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or data management systems preferred
• Other: Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage student data responsibly in compliance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
