Administration of the k-12 Student Matinee Program - 10%
Oversee the promotion, registration, placement and confirmation process for Meany's free student matinee program.
Communicate directly with teachers, sharing important information about their visit to Meany, and provide supplementary materials to support learning.
Communicate with Meany Front-of-House staff regarding accessibility needs, provide group numbers and collaborate on best practices for welcoming teachers, students and chaperones into our hall.
Attend matinees and serve as a face of the matinee program to partners/teachers and Meany staff.

Work in collaboration with Meany's marketing team, providing copy for event listings and contributing to social media efforts to increase attendance at Meany's engagement programs.
Compose and send direct email communications to UW students and community partners, promoting Meany's upcoming engagement events.
Collaborate with Marketing on storytelling around engagement activities.
Promotion and Awareness-Building with UW students - 25%
Cultivate partnerships with student groups as well as campus academic departments and student life programs to increase student engagement with Meany's programming.
