Business Office Manager

ALIYA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our team. As Business Office Manager, you will take charge of accounts receivable, billing operations, and resident financial services within the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care they have grown to expect at ALIYA Healthcare and that their financial needs are met with accuracy, compassion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounts receivable functions including private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing

  • Ensure Public Aid applications are completed within 7 days of admission in coordination with Admissions and family

  • Enroll residents in direct deposit through RFMS and maintain accurate daily status reporting

  • Conduct weekly collection calls and document all efforts in PCC Collections Tab

  • Complete Medicaid Redetermination forms immediately upon receipt with all required supporting documentation

  • Reconcile trust accounts monthly and pay resident insurance premiums by the 5th of each month

  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for all residents upon admission and on an ongoing basis

  • Attend Medicare Meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of resident payer sources and coverage

  • Act as liaison between the Corporate Office and families for all billing-related questions

  • Complete daily census and deposits; submit credit card payments to AR Specialist for posting

Qualifications:
