12+ years of Program Management experience, including at least 5 years leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives or strategic programs with significant technology components.
Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong experience using enterprise project and program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
