Location: West Chester, OH
Pay: $100k/yr
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to develop work plans, define responsibilities, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Direct and oversee project activities to ensure schedules, budgets, and deliverables are achieved successfully.
  • Monitor project progress by reviewing status reports and adjusting schedules or plans as needed to meet program goals.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations for management, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks to minimize impact on project timelines and performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the development phase and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate project activities with regulatory agencies and participate in project meetings, conference calls, and on-site discussions.

Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent operations experience in precision manufacturing.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in manufacturing operations or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in computer applications with the ability to create reports, charts, and presentations.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required; multilingual skills in German, Japanese, Chinese, or French are a plus
