We are happy to have you join our team!We offer:Competitive Pay plus premiumsGREAT benefits and Perks: dental, medical and vision coverage, as well as outstanding pension plan and moreAlso, company provided uniforms!Apply today to speak with our recruiter! Your Role and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all Plex requirements pertaining to the quality system are accurate and up to dateEnsure all Legal Employment Due Diligence Compliance requirements are metConduct and lead Quality System Audits in compliance with the requirements ofIATF and other customer specific requirementsInternal Quality Audits of all Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, as outlined in Marwood Quality ManualsIssue Supplier Non-Conformance Reports and follow up on countermeasure completionConduct and lead supplier/vendor audits in both existing countermeasure follow up (CARs) as well as new vendor onboarding in compliance with the QMSConduct customer specific audits with the responsible AQS team during pre/mass production activitiesDevelop and conduct training on check fixture and gauge use, welding consumable conditions, Marwood quality systems, and customer audit resultsManagement of external sorting and containment service suppliers for work approvals and paymentAssist in development of robust APQP activities Review LPA findings and develop trend analysis of non-conforming areas with corrective actionsReview quality for divisions including sort, safe launch and scrap coinciding with KPI for each and develop countermeasures to eliminate waste processesProvide communication to customer base in any corporate quality related eventsCoordination and scheduling of all lab functions (cut and etch, metallurgical, CMM/Scanner measurements, gauge repair and calibration) to fulfill customer and Marwood requirements with program management, AQS, engineering, maintenance, and production is completed on timeEnsure employee evaluations and performance appraisals are completedEnsure employee time clock records and vacation time is accurate and correct via Plex systemAssist other Managers on projects as requiredAll other relevant tasks as assigned Key Requirements:University or College Graduate in Engineering Science/Quality ProgramGrade 12, GED, or equivalentFive (5) years plus Quality Management experience Additional Technical and Professional Requirements:Computer literacy - Moderate level of proficiency with standard email, spreadsheet and word-processing software (Outlook, Excel, Word), and PlexSuccessful completion of recognized Internal Quality Auditing ProgramComputer/administration efficiency skills in all required areasQuality Audit and Testing Program completionProduction Part Approval Process (PPAP) development and documentation completionGauge and Fixture Control Program completion  Marwood is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive company culture.
