About the team and the role:
eBay is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our Native Platforms organization. In this role, you will help drive coordination and delivery across a broad network of partners, including Corporate Services, Information Security, Product Development & Engineering, and other cross-functional business teams. You will play an important role in bringing technical and non-technical stakeholders together to ensure initiatives are thoughtfully planned, assessed, tested, and successfully implemented.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys leading programs from concept through development, testing, launch, and ongoing execution. You will contribute both strategic perspective and operational discipline, helping teams navigate dependencies, remove roadblocks, and deliver against roadmap priorities. This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable influencing technical decisions, communicating with senior stakeholders, and driving clarity in complex environments.
What you will accomplish:
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery across the product lifecycle, helping ensure initiatives are scoped, planned, tracked, tested, and implemented successfully.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Information Security, Business, Policy, vendors, and other stakeholders to align requirements, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Build and maintain key program management artifacts, including project plans, achievement tracking, status reporting, and execution frameworks that improve transparency and accountability.
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and potential business impacts early, and proactively work across teams to remove roadblocks and keep programs on track.
  • Support roadmap planning and estimation efforts with program teams, connecting day-to-day execution with broader portfolio and business priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to support informed decision-making.

What you will bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in program management across the product lifecycle, with experience in business systems analysis preferred.
  • Ability to independently identify technical dependencies, downstream impacts, and risks in complex, multi-functional environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts, product requirements, and business needs clearly and succinctly.
  • Experience working with both technical teams, such as Product and Engineering, and non-technical partners, such as Business or Policy.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, drive accountability, and lead programs through ambiguity while balancing detail and strategic context.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field, or practical experience supporting organizations that focus on technology.
