Overview
As a Program Manager, Inside Sales Enablement, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of key programs designed to drive engagement, elevate performance, and enhance the overall experience of Inside Sales representatives.
This role is responsible for leading incentives, events, and recognition programs-including our largest annual event, President's Club-while ensuring all initiatives are aligned to business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Data, Operations, and Enablement teams to design high-impact programs that motivate performance, strengthen culture, and push the organization toward higher levels of achievement.
Responsibilities: As a Program Manager, Inside Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
Training and Development:
  • Manage the continued development program for Sales Pros.
  • Job-specific training program required for all Sales Pros to complete- tied to Path to Pro progression. Topics would include product training, sales training, overcoming objections, goal setting, etc.
  • Personal and professional development - monthly "lunch and learn" type sessions for anyone to attend. Topics would include personal finance, nutrition, life coaching, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a mentor program that pushes people to enhance their leadership skills and helps lower-performing reps learn from a variety of people.
  • Create and curate sales content, training materials, and resources to support the sales team. Ensure that content is current, relevant, and aligned with sales processes and methodologies.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements and implement solutions.

Incentives & Program Management:
  • Design and implement an effective incentive program to motivate and reward sales representatives who have consistently performed over time.
  • Design and execute end-to-end sales and leader enablement initiatives and programs.
  • Manage the badge locker and ensure new badges are communicated and understood by the department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and management to ensure incentives align with organizational goals and budget constraints.
  • Plan and execute monthly company connection events for the departments to foster a positive team culture.
  • Plan and execute all incentive events including incentive trips, President's Club and off-sites.

Drive Performance:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive inside sales enablement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales team.
  • Provide regular feedback to leaders on their pros progress and performance in the program.
  • Inspire a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets with incentives and training.
  • Provide quarterly readout with sales leaders to give a pulse on how the program is performing.
  • Provide timely updates on program milestones, accomplishments, and challenges
  • Strong understanding of inside sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
