Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to fulfill customer requirements with outstanding customer service and engagement. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.

Program Manager (PM), will be responsible for the authority to meet the requirements of the PM, to include direct access to their senior corporate management to obtain the necessary project resources on a timely basis, to ensure quality, content, and prompt delivery of all tasks and contractual deliverables, while meeting all Sponsor schedules and timelines. The PM is responsible for the following:

Serving as the primary contact and keeping the customer, specifically the CO, COTR, and Customer Task Managers (GTMs), informed on all matters related to the contract, including cost, schedule performance, security, and staffing;

Mission Awareness: Maintain thorough understanding of the customer's mission and stay appraised of requirements and programmatic changes to ensure effective support

Product Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet all customer schedules and timelines

Contractor Staff Management: manage the Contractor Staff supporting the program, including but not limited to:

o Maintaining required staffing levels of qualified personnel to ensure effective contract performance

o Ensuring that vacant positions are filled within the contract timelines to minimize disruptions to the mission

o Implementing and managing on-boarding activities for new personnel to ensure a smooth transition

o Identifying and scheduling technical personnel against assigned tasks to ensure on-time delivery and meet mission deadlines

o Ensuring that the required level of expertise and competency of personnel is maintained in all assignments and kept current with rapidly evolving technologies

Program Management: Perform project managerial duties, including:

o Tracking, managing, and controlling costs (including labor hours for level of effort work) to ensure effective contract performance, and minimize cost overruns.

o Coordinating and participating in quarterly Project Management Reviews (PMR) to ensure open communication and collaboration with the Sponsor

o Managing subcontractors effectively to ensure that all contract requirements are met.

Domain and expert technical knowledge in IT Program management

  • Experience with providing technical management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
  • Experience with establishing goals and plans to meet project objectives
  • Domain and expert technical knowledge
  • Experience with financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
  • Experience interacting in client negotiations and interfaces with senior management
  • Experience with managing and supervising employees and/or subcontractor employee
  • Master's Degree in Business or Science Technology Engineering and Math, with 4 years experience; Bachelor's Degree in Business or STEM, with 8 years experience
  • High School or High school Equivalency Diploma with 12 years experience
  • Knowledge/Experience with ODNI
  • Domain and expert technical knowledge in IT Program management

Desired:

  • Previous Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3.
