Job description

STV is hiring an Assistant Program Manager for the Construction Manager Group in Chicago.
Duties:
  • Support Program Managers with project planning, development, engineering, construction, technical support, bidding strategy, scheduling, budgeting, funding allocation, grants management, work prioritization, and closeout.
  • Develop project scope, schedule, and budget to align with stakeholder goals.
  • Assist with cost overruns through value engineering and implement program improvements, including reporting and process enhancements.
  • Recommend solutions for complex issues and updates to construction specifications.
  • Help manage change orders and assist with contract reviews.

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
At least 3 years of professional experience managing and administering program projects, including scope development, planning, design, budgeting, funding, and close-out. Public agency program management experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, ideally in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Compensation Range:
$83,978.91 - $95,975.90
