Job description

NOVA-Dine is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and lead an IT and telecommunications team providing enterprise support. The Program Manager will provide oversight across a broad spectrum of services from network, technical support, cyber security, IT operations, telecommunications, and Land Mobile Radio. The Program Manager will oversee our team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure working closely with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement.

*Position is contingent upon contract award*


  • Act as the site manager Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.
  • Direct team in the management and support for enterprise-level infrastructure.
  • Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement, plan and implement large scale projects with no impact on daily operations.
  • Provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with network, technical support, cyber security, IT operations, telecommunications, and Land Mobile Radio.
  • Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies.
  • Provide assistance and oversight for all operations activities.
  • Responsible for all team personnel including interviewing, hiring, timekeeping, evaluations, mentoring, personnel corrective actions, and representing NOVA-Dine to the customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • US citizen able to obtain and maintain a T3 Secret clearance.
  • Four (4+) years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Eight (8+) years of progressive experience and technically qualified on administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and engineering procedures. The Program Manager shall also be technically proficient in the areas of configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable ISP and OSP, VOIP/VOSIP, NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems and devices, and telephone service operations.
