The Senior Program Manager will foster and maintain strategic, long-term partnerships with select key Clients by ensuring continued successful execution to meet their clinical and commercial needs. This individual collaborates closely with the Commercial Key Account Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for management of already established contracts and project/program execution. Sr. Program manager will be part of the Program Management Team for the mRNA business reporting to Vice President and General Manager located in Fargo, ND. This role will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Program and Project Execution:Lead highly complex, multi-program portfolios across strategic accounts, owning end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects with significant revenue, risk, and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • CultivateStrategicClient Relationships:Own and influence senior-level client relationships and account strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, navigating escalations, and shaping program direction and long-term partnership outcomes.
  • Internal Team Alignment and Development:Drive enterprise-wide alignment and decision-making, leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity, resolving competing priorities, and influencing outcomes across functions and leadership levels.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence and Governance:Establishand maintainprogram governance structures, track project metrics, forecast capacity, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support Business Growth and Continuous Improvement:Responsible for overall program health, capacity strategy, business growth, including forecasting demand, identifying risks, leading proposals and renewals, and influencing account expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • B.S. or B.A.required. Advanced degree in scientific fieldstronglypreferred (e.g.molecular biology,biology, biotechnology, biochemistry)
  • Prefer 7+ yearsof experience in a client-facing role as a project, program, or account manager withinthe lifesciences, with preference for5+ years in a CDMO environment
  • Experience managingprogramsand contracts in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device related fieldrequired
  • StrongDrug Product mRNA/LNP and industry understanding;strong preference for late phase/commercial drug product experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast risks and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Theannualsalary range for this role is$150,000 - $170,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
