Job Summary:
NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, currently seeking a Program Manager - P2P AI Enablement to join their team in Fargo, South Dakota. The role involves overseeing program governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting for the P2P AI Enablement initiative, while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful program execution.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting for the P2P AI Enablement initiative.
• Act as primary client interface, driving alignment across client stakeholders, NTT DATA teams, and the vendor team.
• Lead SoW finalization, scope governance, financial tracking, and adherence to delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (P2P SMEs, AI, QA, OCM) across onshore/offshore delivery.
• Oversee vendor platform-led orchestration and integration with ERP/procurement systems.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure successful program execution and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 8+ years Project/Program management experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with stakeholder management and communication
• Minimum 3+ years of experience coordinating project teams across multiple locations and time zones, including offshore
• Minimum 1 project coordinating deliverables through a contracted vendor
• Travel: Almost every week to work from client office
• Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
