Looking for an E2E program manager for Oracle CLoud Migration initiative in Phoenix, AZ.This is not a scrum team TPM lead but rather a program manager who would manager delivery and execution of Oracle initiative day to day with current team. Experience managing large scale Oracle projects/programs/initiatives Extensive experience managing Oracle cloud migration as a must Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM implementations Work with impacted Oracle platforms Eng/product leaders and track multiple milestones and deliverables Create and maintain holistic oracle project testing schedules, coordinating with cross functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status Expert creating program summary/dashboards, present to VP and above Develop comprehensive plans and strategies and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all efforts Own/update project inputs to E2E project roadmaps, RAID, run program test sync callsFamiliary or worked within cloud platforms (Oracle, GCP), jira reporting Work on biweekly, monthly executive leadership updates and experience presenting to senior leadership including VPsOracle certification a plus Amex prior experience a plus Oracle ERP, EPMOracle Cloud Program Management Migration Stakeholder management Rally, JIRA, Confluence Reporting
