Job description

We are looking for experienced an experienced candidate to fill our Production Supervisor Position. Our manufacturing facility has been designed to provide a world-class work environment that features highly automated, flexible work centers, on-line and off-line assembly cells, quality lab, training center, warehouse, bulk material silos, and underground utilities.


Hours:

2nd - 2:50PM - 11:20PM

3rd - 10:50PM - 7:20AM (Sunday-Thur)


Additional overtime as required


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources; people, materials, equipment, and systems to efficiently achieve performance goals
  • Create and maintain a safe and positive work environment
  • Mentor, motivate and develop team members
  • Understand and facilitate the internal and external regulations, procedures and policies
  • Regulate the production of high quality products, housekeeping and safety standards
  • Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Utilize and model our beliefs in the execution of daily work activities and decision making
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to defect malfunctions

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 5 years of plastic processing/supervisor experience
