Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Project Management Excellence (PMX) organization. This role will lead the technology delivery of a large-scale business transformation program focused on modernizing commercial capabilities, digital customer experiences, and the technology platforms that support Sales and Marketing operations. This individual will serve as the primary IT Program Manager, ensuring technology delivery remains aligned with business priorities while proactively managing scope, dependencies, risks, budget, stakeholder expectations, and executive communications. This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid in Middletown, PA. Occasional onsite attendance required a few times per month for key meetings and program activities as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end IT delivery of a complex transformation program across multiple workstreams, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, resource planning, and delivery schedules

  • Drive execution across multiple technology domains, including customer experience, CRM, marketing technology, identity management, integrations, commerce, content management, and product information management platforms

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, remove obstacles, and escalate critical issues with recommended solutions

  • Facilitate alignment between business and technology teams to ensure business-driven program outcomes

  • Support business case development, roadmap planning, prioritization, and executive decision-making

  • Establish and manage governance processes, including steering committees, executive reviews, status reporting, financial tracking, risk management, and decision logs

  • Ensure alignment across business stakeholders, technology leadership, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and delivery teams

  • Partner with enterprise architecture and technical leaders to assess platform strategies and implementation sequencing

  • Coordinate delivery planning across CRM, digital experience, commerce, content management, marketing automation, customer data, identity management, product information management, and integration platforms

  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and delivery organizations

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for program governance and delivery oversight

  • Drive continuous improvements in governance, planning, reporting, and execution processes

  • Leverage organizational best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery standards

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs

  • Experience working with executive business stakeholders and technology leadership

  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors, delivery teams, and enterprise initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

    • Digital transformation programs

    • CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

    • Digital marketing technologies

    • Customer experience platforms

    • Commerce platforms

    • Content Management Systems

    • Product Information Management (PIM)

    • Identity & Access Management

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Experience creating integrated program plans, executive dashboards, RAID logs, dependency management, and financial reporting

  • Strong facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, and executive communication skills

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Planisware, or similar platforms

Preferred:

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification

  • Experience leading digital transformation programs

  • Experience within global manufacturing environments

  • Background in organizational change management, business transformation, or operating model design

$85-$95 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
