Senior Global Recovery Program Manager

The Boeing Company is seeking highly motivated and skilled Senior Global Recovery Program Manager to join our Global Field Operations (GFO) team. Global Field Operations (GFO) is establishing a world-class recovery management capability to support Boeing's most critical supplier recovery efforts.

The Global Recovery Program Manager serves as the architect of recovery execution, creating integrated schedules, governance structures, KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and operating rhythms that enable successful supplier turnarounds. This person is responsible for building the foundation for agile, disciplined, and repeatable recoveries across Boeing's global supply chain.

Successful candidates are exceptional planners, communicators, and integrators who thrive in highly complex environments and possess a passion for transforming ambiguity into structured execution.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive recovery strategies, integrated master schedules, and execution roadmaps.

  • Create detailed, actionable recovery plans with milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.

  • Establish and maintain executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and reporting systems.

  • Lead schedule analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, and recovery performance reviews.

  • Facilitate governance reviews, executive operating rhythms, and stakeholder alignment meetings.

  • Coordinate recovery activities across procurement, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supplier leadership teams.

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans that protect recovery objectives.

  • Drive standardization of recovery planning methodologies, governance processes, and reporting tools.

  • Ensure recovery efforts remain organized, agile, disciplined, and execution focused.

  • Provide executive-level communication and decision-support materials.

  • Demonstrate exceptional planning, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational leadership.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the below locations:

  • Charleston, SC; Dallas, TX; Everett, WA; Philadelphia, PA; Saint Louis, MO

Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations leadership, supply chain management, or related disciplines

  • Experience developing and managing integrated master schedules and complex project plans

  • Experience in creating executive-level reporting, KPI frameworks, and governance materials

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

  • Must be able to work occasional evening and weekend as per business requirement

  • Must be able to travel at least 75% of the time domestically and internationally, must hold or have the ability to hold a valid passport

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 5: 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations leadership, supply chain management, or related disciplines

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale recovery programs, transformations, or operational turnarounds

  • Proven ability to establish planning standards, governance models, and operating systems

  • Experience mentoring project managers and recovery planners

  • Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and recovery strategy

  • Experience managing large portfolios of complex, interdependent initiatives

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certification

  • Boeing program experience

  • Experience working in global and cross-cultural business environments

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
