FBI Deputy Program Manager (DPM)
Location: Winchester, VA Remote Work: No Clearance: Active TS Work Status: Full-Time Travel Requirements: None.
ATSG is actively seeking candidates for a potential upcoming contract. This position is contingent upon award, and hiring decisions will be finalized once the contract is granted.
Position Description
ATSG is presently identifying candidates for a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) in Winchester, VA.
The DPM supports the Project Manager (PM) in all aspects of project execution, taking on primary responsibility for specific tasks or areas of the project as assigned by the PM. The DPM plays a key role in risk management, and problem resolution, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. The DPM will collaborate closely with the PM to maintain alignment with contract goals and objectives, providing support for successful project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or three (3) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Top Secret at time of application and willing to take a CI Poly.
  • The DPM must be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives and the ability to successfully administer the PWS objectives.
  • Must have professional skills in program management and leadership.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
  • Must have skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types.
  • Must ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by EVC Leadership.
