Job description

The manager is responsible for the operation of the residential program serving adults with acquired or traumatic
brain injury, which includes, but is not limited to staffing, resident services, ranch operations, financial
performance, public relations, and compliance with all licensure, certification, health, and safety requirements.
LICENSE & EDUCATION
  1. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field from an accredited school preferred.
  2. Possess a valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record (as defined by Casa Colina's
Automobile Insurance Carrier's requirements), and have the ability to pass a DMV screening.
  1. Certification in the Management of Assaultive Behavior.
  2. Hold a current certification in CPR, First Aid.
  3. Must have a criminal clearance from the Department of Justice before employment or initial presence in the facility
  4. Possess or obtain an Administrator Certificate for Community Care Licensing Adult Residential Facilities within 6 months of hire.
