Job description

Serves as first level (Front Line) manager of assigned workforce within the ATO, Technical Operations District Office. Reports directly to the District Manager/Technical Services Manager within a Service Area.Qualifications:

To qualify for this position at the FV-J (FG/GS-14/15) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level, FV-I (FG/GS-13). Specialized experienceis experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.

Specialized Experience: Managing resources, management and strategic planning; process evaluation and development and knowledge of budget allocation and administrative policies/procedures.
