What You'll Do:

Supports and implements the directives and priorities set forth by the Executive Director. Ensure employees perform treatment and operations in a way that is consistent with the goals and directives of the Executive Director as well as established agency policies and/or individual person-centered plans. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and relevant laws. Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.Program Manager will review, analyze and report program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Program Manager will collaborate with other stakeholders, including community organizations, healthcare professionals, and patients' families.
