Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team supporting the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Domestic Operations Directorate. The selected candidate will provide overall contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and execution management for domestic operations programs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience
  • DoD Program Management experience
  • National Guard Bureau experience
  • Executive-level briefing experience
  • Strategic planning and risk management expertise
  • Federal contract management experience
  • Ability to interact with General Officers and Senior Executive Service personnel
