Program Manager - Staffed Residences Location: Keene, NH Full-Time | Salaried | Includes Direct Care & On-Call Rotation Residential Resources is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Keene, NH, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in staffed residential homes. We're looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and believes that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the clinical, philosophical, and fiscal aspects of two or three one-person staffed residences; while maintaining an active presence in the home.

This role includes direct care shifts and participation in the on-call rotation.
