Job description

Job Description:
We are seeking a Program Manager with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or manufacturing experience to support AI, server, and data center-related programs. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive new product launches from development through mass production, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
  • Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Drive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targets
  • Identify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as needed
  • Facilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning, etc.)
  • Support transition from prototype builds to mass production

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with server, storage, networking, or data center hardware
  • Familiarity with supply chain, production ramp, and factory operations
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
