Description

We are seeking a organized, proactive Assistant Program Manager to support project execution and onsite coordination for BLOX mod installations. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.


Requirements


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite leadership and support to Project Managers and Construction leadership.
  • Monitor and ensure quality, safety, and compliance for company performed work.
  • Manage client relationships, communication, and project reporting.
  • Coordinate and process change orders, ensuring customer approval and documentation.
  • Track project progress and collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Support project scheduling, sequencing, and installation planning.
  • Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and warranty items.
  • Maintain strong communication between customers and internal production teams.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing input on constructability, scope and cost impacts.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Support regulatory and inspection processes, including communication with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
  • Manage project documentation and support resolution of product related issues.
  • Promote a culture of customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience in construction, modular construction, or project management environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes and inspections across multiple states.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with client interaction and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam, and CAD.
  • Ability to travel 70%
