Barbaricum is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee day-to-day operational execution supporting mission programs. This role ensures operational coordination across technical teams, manages program resources, and supports mission readiness through effective operational planning and execution. Supports exercises in the Greater Indiana Area with 10โ€“25% travel between Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Training Center.


Responsibilities:
โ€ข Coordinate operational activities across program teams.
โ€ข Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with operational objectives.
โ€ข Support scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning.
โ€ข Assist leadership in developing operational procedures and workflows.
โ€ข Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure mission support readiness.
โ€ข Track operational metrics and report program performance to leadership.
โ€ข Support issue resolution and ensure timely execution of program tasks.


Required Qualifications:
โ€ข Secret (or otherwise) pending clearance verification
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
โ€ข Experience supporting operations management in government or technical programs.
โ€ข Strong organizational and coordination skills.
โ€ข Experience working with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:
โ€ข Experience supporting DoD operations or technical mission programs in the Greater Indianapolis area.
โ€ข Project management or operations certifications.
โ€ข Experience supporting large multi-disciplinary teams.
