ACT Program Manager

Location: Bethel, Alaska

Pay Rate: $83,283 – $108,268/Year

Contract: Permanent Full-Time

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Clinical Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ACT Program Manager to oversee the Access to Collaborative Treatment (ACT) program and support the delivery of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered behavioral health services. The role includes supervising ACT clinicians, supporting clinical services, coordinating with outpatient and interdisciplinary teams, and promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related human services field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.

  • Experience with clinical assessments, crisis intervention, therapeutic goals, and treatment planning.

  • Appropriate State of Alaska clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor within 6 months of hire.

  • Clinical supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use standard office equipment.
